Important Information
You will receive an email when your child’s test is set up and ready to access. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders and add info@peptesting.com to your safe sender list.

Testing Window Policy
Testing must be completed within the designated testing windows during the school year. If your child does not finish their test within the selected window, a new test purchase will be required, and your child will need to start over.
To avoid additional costs, please ensure your child completes the test on time—diagnostic test resets incur a $25 setup fee per subject.
Designated Testing Windows for 2025-26 School Year:
August 5 - October 31
November 8 - February 28
March 3 - April 30
May 4 - May 31
June 3 - June 30
While you can choose the month your child takes their diagnostic test, please be sure to complete the test within the designated testing window for that month.
For example:
If you select October, the test must be completed by October 31.
If you select March, the test must be completed by April 30.
If you select May, the test must be completed by May 31.
Please plan accordingly to ensure your child finishes their test on time.
Please note that a student is allowed to complete only one diagnostic test per testing window. If you plan to have your child take multiple diagnostic tests throughout the school year, we recommend spacing them approximately 12 weeks apart to accurately track growth and progress.
 
Parent Proctor Best Practices
To ensure accurate results:
Please supervise your child during the test.
Watch the instructional video together before starting.
Encourage your child to answer thoughtfully and avoid rushing or guessing answers.
Please note: Resetting a diagnostic test is strongly discouraged as it can affect the accuracy of your child’s results. However, if a reset is absolutely necessary, there is a $25 setup fee per subject.
Proper proctoring helps ensure reliable scores that reflect your child’s true abilities, avoiding the need for resets.
 
Attention: After completing the Diagnostic Test, your child will see a prompt confirming that the test is finished. Sometimes, students may click “Continue” to access the personalized Learning Path lessons that are automatically generated after the test.
Please be aware that if your child proceeds without your guidance, they may unintentionally start working on the Learning Path lessons. The Learning Path is a separate product with a student license fee of $275 for the entire 2025-26 school year, which expires on June 30, 2026.
