10/10 Recommend. From start to finish the process was nothing shy of timely and thoughtful. I have a child who is quite brilliant yet standardized testing seems to throw him through a loop. The meltdowns usually begin the moment he sees something foreign. The beauty of these tests is when I start to see him spinning I can walk over, shut the test down, have him take some breaths, hug him, remind him if he doesn't know to guess and move on, and when HE is ready start again. The results were nearly instant so he didn't have to wonder for days on end. I can't thank JoAn enough for her heart felt choices for our students.

A great experience all around for what I imagined to be a daunting task! JoAn provided a quick turn around time for our 3 children’s portfolio evaluations. Her process was streamlined and very easy to follow. I loved that I could submit everything to her digitally! Her website is a great resource and I will be using her again next year for sure! JoAn Stead is incredible! This was our first homeschool evaluation for our twin 15 year olds. We were not totally clear on how everything was supposed to work because it was our first review. JoAn Stead is extremely organized, friendly, helpful, and put all of our fears at ease. We really appreciate how easy she made this entire process and explained everything step-by-step. 5/5 would recommend! JoAn was so helpful in helping me navigate our testing for the PEP scholarship. Because of life and illnesses we had pushed back our testing until right before the deadline. She was so helpful in understanding what to expect, and went above and beyond in getting me the test results on her end since I couldn’t view them from mine. She truly understands the testing and scholarship process and offered me great advice for the future!

100% recommend JoAn Stead, she helped me greatly when I was scared, because I didn't know how to fix my mistake and neither did other sources I was sent to prior.

I joined this group last year. There’s a of great information in here but I must say that my best decision was to get private consulting from JoAn Rhoades Stead. I was able to get the answers to my questions fast and direct. I now have my 15 year old in his 2nd semester in both college and university, my 14 year started this week and we’re planning to enroll my 11 year old next year. What a way to avoid all the junk filler classes and get college/university credits for free. I highly recommend it. Best money I spent and comes out directly from StepUp Funds.

JoAn Stead, truly made this so easy, as a first time homeschooling family I was anxious about the end of year evaluation... wondering if we did enough if it was good enough even if we would get in trouble (I was clueless) BUT she made this so quick and simple and she is literally so kind.
