Important Dates for 2026-27 Step Up Scholarship Year
Verify dates with your SFO--scholarship funding organization.
February 1, 2027 - Scholarship Applications Open--Renew!
April 30, 2027 - Scholarship Renewal Deadline
May 31, 2027 - Step Up for Students' deadline for PEP test results to be uploaded in EMA. Student Learning Plan (SLP) due. Also, parents must accept scholarship by this date. (Step Up For Students)
Please Note: Parents are responsible for uploading their child’s test reports to Step Up for Students or sending to AAA and for keeping track of all submission deadlines. We share deadline reminders as a courtesy to support you, but the most accurate and up-to-date information will always come directly from your SFO--scholarship funding organization--Step Up for Students or AAA. Any changes to deadlines or requirements will be communicated by them through email, social media, and their websites.
How to Upload Test Results in EMA:

Yes, you can upload more than 1 file in EMA. You do not need to combine the PDF's into 1 file.
Be sure to select the correct school year that you are uploading the test results for.
Quick Tip: Take a screenshot of the page after uploading your test reports in EMA, so you have proof that you uploaded them. Just in case there is some sort of website glitch that happens, it's best to be prepared with a photo to prove that you uploaded your child's test reports. Also, you should receive an email notification from Step Up for Students after they have received your test report.
📥 Save Your Reports!
Please download and save your child's reports when you receive them.
Parents are responsible for submitting required test results to Step Up for Students/EMA, a school district, school, evaluator, or other third party when applicable. PEP Testing does not submit reports to third parties on your behalf.
Using Your Results for PEP Scholarship Renewal
If you're submitting your child's Star results for PEP scholarship renewal, save the appropriate report as a PDF and upload it to your child's EMA account for the appropriate school year.
How to get i-Ready Test Results:
Please Note: If you are using only an iPad, your child can still complete testing through the app. However, the PDF “For Families Report” option is only available when accessing iReady from a laptop or desktop computer browser. The iReady app does not currently provide the downloadable PDF report feature. You will only be able to take screenshots of the report, so please make sure you have access to a computer or laptop if you need a PDF “For Families Report.”
After your child completes their diagnostic test in both Reading and Math, you may need to log out and then log back into their student account.

Click “For Families.”

Select your preferred language (English or Spanish).

Enter the school code that was emailed to you with your login instructions: K96DD3

Choose the subject(s) you would like reports for.

Click “Get Report.”

Select “Print” and then choose “Save as PDF.”

When you login to your child's Edmentum student account, click to view their report. If you only want to send the Overview Report, which includes all 3 subjects, click on Overview to view the report. Then click Print. Click Save PDF and save to your computer. Then login to EMA and upload the PDF test report for the appropriate school year. If you paid for rush service and do not see your child's test results in their student account, please contact us directly after the assessments have been completed at 850.400-6087. How to get Star Test Results
For 2026–27, families can receive Star Test results in two ways:
⚡ 1. Renaissance Home Connect — Fast Results
Before your child begins testing, set up and verify your email address through Renaissance Home Connect.
Once verified, Renaissance can automatically email your child's standard test results after testing, usually within minutes of test completion. This is the fastest way to receive results.
👉 Important: Your email must be verified BEFORE your child begins the assessment in order to receive the automatic Home Connect results for that test. How to Sign Up for Home Connect Test Results
📊 2. Detailed Star Diagnostic Report — INCLUDED FREE!
PEP Testing will also email you a separate, detailed Star Diagnostic Report at no additional charge.
There is no need to request this report, unless you made a Rush Order (see below).
Your detailed diagnostic report will be automatically emailed by PEP Testing within 5 business days after your child completes testing.
If you purchased 24-Hour Rush Setup and need your detailed report expedited, please text 850-400-6087 immediately after your child finishes testing.
