Important Deadlines for 2025-26 School Year
If your child's scholarship is through Step Up for Students:
February 1, 2026 - Scholarship Applications Open--Renew!
April 30, 2026 - Scholarship Renewal Deadline
May 15, 2026 - AAA's deadline for PEP test results to be submitted via a reimbursment.
May 31, 2026 - Student Learning Plan (SLP) and Test results are due. Also, parents must accept scholarship by this date. (Step Up For Students)
Please Note: Parents are responsible for uploading their child’s test reports to Step Up for Students or sending to AAA and for keeping track of all submission deadlines. We share deadline reminders as a courtesy to support you, but the most accurate and up-to-date information will always come directly from your SFO--scholarship funding organization--Step Up for Students or AAA. Any changes to deadlines or requirements will be communicated by them through email, social media, and their websites.

Yes, you can upload more than 1 file in EMA. You do not need to combine the PDF's into 1 file.
Be sure to select the correct school year that you are uploading the test results to: 2025-26
Quick Tip: Take a screenshot of the page after uploading your test reports in EMA, so you have proof that you uploaded them. Just in case there is some sort of website glitch that happens, it's best to be prepared with a photo to prove that you uploaded your child's test reports. Also, you should receive an email notification from Step Up for Students after they have received your test report.
How to get i-Ready Test Results:
After your child completes their diagnostic test in both reading and math, select the For Families option on your child's i-Ready dashboard, then click Get Report, and enter the report code provided in the email that we sent to you with your child's test login details.

How to get Exact Path Test Results

When you login to your child's Edmentum student account, click to view their report. If you only want to send the Overview Report, which includes all 3 subjects, click on Overview to view the report. Then click Print. Click Save PDF and save to your computer. Then login to EMA and upload the PDF test report for the appropriate school year. If you paid for rush service and do not see your child's test results in their student account, please contact us directly after the assessments have been completed at 850.400-6087. How to get Star Test Results
Test Results & Report Delivery Information
You will typically receive your child’s test results by email within about 30 minutes after test completion, directly from Renaissance, provided you verified your email address before your child tested.
Before your child’s testing account is set up, we send an email reminding you to watch for a verification email from Renaissance. This step is important because:

Selecting “Yes” to receive results by email on the order form gives us permission to enroll your email address in Renaissance Home Connect.

This allows results to be sent automatically as soon as testing is completed.

You must verify your email within 24 hours for delivery to work properly.
Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly during checkout to ensure timely delivery of your child’s results.
Using Results for the Step Up for Students PEP Scholarship
If you are submitting results for the PEP scholarship, simply:

Open the emailed report from Renaissance.

Click Print → Save as PDF.

Upload that PDF to your child’s EMA portal for the appropriate school year.
The emailed Renaissance report includes your child’s:

Test date

Percentile ranking

Additional score details

If you need a special or customized report, please email us at info@peptesting.com.
During peak testing season (March–May), special report requests may take 3–5 business days. If you have a deadline, please request reports early, as a rush order may be necessary.
