⭐ Star Reading Is Highly Recommended
Accelerated Reader works best when paired with the Star Reading assessment.
Star Reading can determine your child's current reading ability and establish an appropriate ZPD (Zone of Proximal Development) and reading range for AR.
This helps identify books that are challenging enough to promote growth without being unnecessarily difficult.
Star testing is sold separately. Choose a Single Star Test, 2-Test Bundle, or 3-Test Bundle depending on how often you'd like to monitor progress.
 
Already Using i-Ready or Exact Path?
Your child can use AR without purchasing Star Reading.
If you prefer to use information from i-Ready or Exact Path, you may provide the reading range you would like us to assign.
You may provide either:
✅ ATOS range — example: 3.0–4.5
or
✅ Lexile range — example: 600L–750L
Please provide both a lowest and highest level.

Once setup is complete, you will receive an email containing your student's login information and instructions.
