Standard Report Delivery Information:
Each order includes a Standard Test Report at no additional cost. It will be automatically emailed quickly within 30 minutes of test completion by the testing publisher (Renaissance) to your verified email address. This is the fastest delivery option since it is an auto-generated report sent directly from Renaissance. It is accepted for PEP scholarship renewal.
If you do not see your report within that timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder.
If your email address was not verified with Renaissance, no problem—just email us at info@peptesting.com, and we’ll be happy to send your report to you.

Using Results for the Step Up for Students PEP Scholarship Renewal:
If you are submitting results for PEP scholarship renewal, simply:

Open the emailed report from Renaissance.

Click Print → Save as PDF.

Upload that PDF to your child’s EMA portal for the appropriate school year.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your premium report. Each report is individually prepared to provide personalized insights for your student.
If you need your report sooner, we also offer a 24-hour rush service option for $100, which includes 24-hour test setup and expedited premium test report processing. To ensure timely delivery, please notify us as soon as your child completes their tests so we can begin preparing the report right away--please send a text to 850-400-6087 with your name, student's name, order number or send an email to info@peptesting.com
Please note: Premium reports are not automatically generated or emailed—they are individually created and sent manually per student per subject. So you will receive a total of 2 premium reports: star reading and star math.

Bonus Report --Free: We also send a bonus complimentary (more detailed) Star Early Literacy Parent Report because the standard report that is auto-generated and sent from Renaissance only contains minimal scoring info. Because this is individually prepared and manually emailed from the PEP Testing team, it may take 3-5 business days to receive this report, especially during the high volume testing season of March - May. For PEP scholarship renewal purposes, if you are not able to wait for this additional bonus report, use the Standard Report that was auto-generated and emailed to you from Renaissance, as we have confirmed that it will satisfy your PEP scholarship renewal requirement.
