5 Designated Testing Windows – 2025-26 School Year
To ensure accuracy and avoid reset fees, tests must be completed within the designated windows:
Testing Window #1: Aug 5 – Oct 31
Testing Window #2: Nov 8 – Feb 28
Testing Window #3: Mar 3 – Apr 30
Testing Window #4: May 4 – May 31
Testing Window #5: Jun 3 – June 30
💡 Example: If you choose to have your child test in Testing Window #1 in October, the test must be completed by Oct 31--all 3 subjects.
⚠ If your child does not finish their test within the selected window, you will need to purchase a new test, and your child must start over.

Parent Proctor Best Practices
To ensure accurate results:
Supervise your child during the test.
Watch the instructional video before starting.
Encourage thoughtful answers—no rushing or guessing.
⚠ Resetting tests is strongly discouraged (affects accuracy). If necessary, a $25 fee per subject applies. Please contact us to request a test reset. We will handle requests on a case by case basis.
 
Attention: Learning Path Access
After finishing the diagnostic, your child will see a “Test Complete” message.
If they click Continue, they will enter the Learning Path—a separate subscription product.
The Learning Path costs $275 per student for the full 2025–26 school year (expires June 30, 2026). We also have a discounted bundle available for $400 that includes the 3-Test Bundle with the Learning Path.
Please monitor your child so they do not accidentally start the Learning Path without your approval, so you will not be charged for the student license to use the Learning Path lessons.
