Please Verify Your Email Address to Avoid Delays in Receiving your Test Results!

Please Note:

Before your child begins testing, make sure your email address is listed under Email Notifications and shows as “Verified.”

If your email is not verified:

  • Delete the unverified email address

  • Re-enter your email address

  • Click to verify

  • Check your inbox for an email from Renaissance and click the verification link

Important: This step must be completed before your child starts their test.

 

If your email is not verified, you will not receive your child’s results automatically. You will need to request the results from us, and processing may take 3–5 business days.
