1.) PEP Testing will email the Star Diagnostic Reports to You!
= Most Detailed Report within 5 Biz Days!
Your detailed Star Diagnostic Report is included with your PEP Testing order and will be emailed separately by PEP Testing within 5 business days after your child completes tests. No additional fee!
Your PEP Testing Diagnostic Report is a separate, more detailed report that is manually generated by someone from our PEP Testing team (yes, an actual human!) and sent to you after your child is finished with tests. No need to request it. We will send it automatically to you! It will be in a PDF format.
2.) Sign Up for Email Notifications with Renaissance!
= Standard Test Results within minutes!
This is NOT required and completely optional.
Home Connect by Renaissance provides the fast, automatic standard results straight to your email within minutes of test completion!
Step 1:
After logging in to your child's Renaissance student account, DO NOT start the test yet.
Scroll down to the “For Parents and Guardians” section and click “Get Email Updates.”
This is where you will sign up to receive your child's Star test results automatically through Renaissance Home Connect.
⚠️ Complete this step BEFORE clicking Star Reading, Star Math, or Star Early Literacy to begin testing.
Step 2: Enter Your Email & Verify It
After clicking “Get Email Updates,” follow the prompts to enter your email address.
Renaissance will send a verification email to the address you entered. Open that email and click the verification link.
Your email must be verified BEFORE your child begins testing.
Step 3: Confirm, Then Begin Testing
Return to your child's Renaissance student account and confirm that your email address under Email Notifications shows as “Verified.”
Once your email is verified, your child can begin their Star assessment.
After the test is completed, Renaissance Home Connect will automatically email the standard Star results to your verified email address.
